PARALEGAL

We are seeking a qualified Paralegal to join our Miami Office. The Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal will provide expert-level support across the full litigation spectrum for a busy Miami boutique firm. Handling 30+ active matters, the successful candidate will operate with significant independence to manage discovery, calendaring, and client communications. This role requires a deadline-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to refine administrative workflows in a fast-paced, in-person environment. RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a receptionist to join our Miami office. You will be responsible for obtaining/organizing medical records, firm's files, saving all pleadings, discovery, etc. in correct file, and carrying out other administrative tasks. The Receptionist serves as the front-facing representative of the firm, managing client communications, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support. This position plays a critical role in client experience, office organization, and daily operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is polished, reliable, organized, and able to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
