The G Law Group may also represent clients in affiliation with lawyers and/or law firms throughout the United States. The Site may offer information that does not apply to the laws of your state. The Site also provides information on past case verdicts and settlements, for which the rules, results, and outcomes should not be assumed as applicable to your state or any state in particular. The G Law Group clients (“The G Law Group Clients”) are those individuals who have signed a retainer agreement or engagement letter with The G Law Group. Information that is provided to us through the Site by The G Law Group Clients pursuant to our representation will be protected in accordance with our obligations to uphold attorney-client confidentiality.

We disclaim any and all liability for any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information. By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to our disclaimer of such liability. If you do not agree, you should not access nor use the Site.

Limitations And Prohibited Activity/Termination Of Access

    infringe upon the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or proprietary rights of The G Law Group or any other person or entity.

Please note that The G Law Group may at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability: limit, suspend, block, or terminate your access to and/or use of the Site if (1) you use the Site in a way that we consider unacceptable, a violation of the terms above, or harmful to the Site, our licensors, our business partners, our business, our clients, our users, our employees, or any other person or entity; or (2) if we determine that you have violated this Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, any other related terms or agreements, and/or applicable law.

Unauthorized access and/or use of the Site automatically terminates the license granted to you, discussed in the “Intellectual Property Rights” section of this Terms of Service.

Governing Laws

​

This Terms of Service is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the state of Florida.

Dispute Resolution

​

Any dispute, controversy, or claim relating in any way to this Terms of Service, the Site, or your access and/or use of the Site, will be settled only by a binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration proceeding shall be resolved through the platform provided by New Era ADR, Inc. (https://neweraadr.com/) (the “New Era Platform”) in accordance with its rules and procedures for “Virtual Standard Arbitrations” by a professional neutral(s) with substantial experience in resolving disputes (the “Neutral”). The Neutral shall be chosen in accordance with the rules and procedures of the New Era Platform. The parties will bear costs as provided for under this Agreement or, if silent, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the New Era Platform. The prevailing party may be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and all other expenses) incurred in connection therewith, at the Neutral’s discretion. By agreeing to binding arbitration, you understand and agree to forego resolving any disputes, controversies, and claims by any other means, and that any damages awarded or results at the outcome of the arbitration will be final, binding, and may be enforced by court proceedings. You may bring claims only on your own behalf; neither you nor The G Law Group will participate in a class action, class-wide, or representative arbitration proceeding for any disputes, controversies, or claims covered by this agreement to arbitrate. By agreeing to arbitration as a means to resolve all disputes, controversies, and claims between us, you understand that rights you would have in court may not be available in arbitration. You agree to expressly give up certain rights, including your right to a jury trial, the right to broad discovery, the right to an appeal, the right to bring an action in court, and any right to class arbitration or any consolidation of individual arbitrations. You understand that a case in arbitration is decided by one or more arbitrators; there is no judge or jury.

International Use Of The Site

​

The Site is controlled and operated from within the United States. We make no representation concerning access and/or use of the Site from outside the United States.

Links To Third Party Websites

Links to any third party websites on the Site are provided strictly for informational purposes. The G Law Group’s linking to third party websites does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or legal authorization to use trademarked content, trade names, logos, designs, or copyrighted material that is transmitted by or accessible on any third party linked site, nor does it imply any association between The G Law Group and the third party sites to which we link. The G Law Group does not control the websites that we link to and is not responsible for the content, nor the availability of content, on third party sites. Any information sent to us via email or through the Site in the absence of an attorney-client relationship may not be secure. The G Law Group is not responsible nor liable for the confidentiality or security of any Information Submitted. By sending us any Information Submitted, you grant The G Law Group an irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted, transferable, worldwide, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to copy, use, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, and publicly perform such Information, with no obligation for accounting or providing compensation to any person or entity.

Enforceability Of Terms Of Service And Privacy Policy

If any portion of this Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be considered severable and have no effect on the enforceability and validity of the remainder of this Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or any other provision included therein. Any provision held to be invalid or unenforceable shall be enforced to the greatest extent permissible for its intended effect.

A failure to act in response to a breach by you or others on the part of The G Law Group does not diminish our right to act in response to that breach or any future breaches. Any consent or waiver provided by The G Law Group in relation will not be deemed effective unless it is in writing.

This Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, as they currently appear, constitute the entire agreement governing your access and/or use of the Site and supersede any previous agreements, oral or written, in regards to this subject matter, except that the agreement shall not interfere with any agreements made between The G Law Group and The G Law Group Clients in relation to the attorney-client relationship.
